Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a great location, close to the gondola and with convenient amenities nearby. The rooms were clean and looked great, but some interference with our plans occurred. The service was a mix of helpfulness and unfriendliness. The dining experience would justify the value for money. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms, full of character, and a convenient location close to amenities. However, some service issues were notable, affecting the overall experience.
Our two-bedroom apartment provided ample storage for our family of 5, but we were disappointed not to have a room with a view. The location was perfect, right by the gondola and above the Whistler Kids drop-off, away from the busy part of Whistler. The staff were helpful but not very friendly when asked about booking pool time. Dining was satisfying and offered value for money.
Staying at this hotel was a treat! The rooms were massive and made a great hangout place with generously proportioned spaces, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchens. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help, even moving our bags and refrigerator contents. The location, while a bit far from the village, offered a quieter experience with the necessities close by. The dining options would justify the value for money, especially with Sicilian pastries available. Overall, a fantastic stay with a few minor considerations.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms exceeded my expectations with a one bedroom and den setup, perfect for our grandson to have his own TV room. The regular bedroom with a queen bed and small closet was beyond what I had hoped for.
Our stay at the hotel was beyond my expectations. The rooms were well-appointed with a comfortable living space, full kitchen, dining table, and balcony, making it perfect for us with one child. The service was helpful and friendly, although there were instances where they seemed irritated by questions. The location, being away from the busy part of Whistler, was nice, with easy access to everything. The dining experience justified the value for money, especially with their homemade bread.
I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The weather conditions in the outdoor area were just wonderful. The only downside was being forced to leave the property the next day with no alternative accommodations provided.
Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! Our grandson loved having his own TV room in the one-bedroom suite with a den. The large dining tables made it comfortable for all 11 of us, but the view from the room was facing the spas instead of the ski lifts.
